The Renovate training facility is dedicated to driving athlete results for their specific goals. We cater to all fitness levels to prepare clients for their future, whether it is a team or individual sport, weight loss, or mobility improvement. We produce results that work for YOU.


We Offer

Daily cross-training classes which are a great option for someone trying to improve their overall health and fitness. These classes will expose you to Olympic style lifting and threshold training to improve your conditioning.

Seasonal programs directed towards specific outcomes to give our members even more options when it comes to the types of workouts they get. Examples of seasonal programming could be muscle development, fat reduction, etc.

Individualized programming for the members who want specific outcomes based on their specific sport needs, physical obstacles, and lifestyles.

1-on-1 individual training and coaching. This includes individual programing with 1-on-1 led training session for each workout to ensure proper execution. Execution involves technique, rest periods, intensities, loads and even lifting tempos.
Regardless of which alternative you take advantage of our Nutritional Counseling is strongly recommended. Results in the gym will only be as good as the work that's done in the kitchen!
